Membership Terms & Conditions 

1) By accepting or using the Lao Huo Tang Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2) Membership benefits are not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, vouchers, or special offers, unless otherwise stated.

3) Only one (1) benefit may be redeemed per visit.

4) Benefits with an expiry date must be used before the stated expiry. Strictly no extension or refund will be granted, unless otherwise specified.

5) Top-up credits must be of a higher value than the spending amount (before GST and service charge) on the same day.

6) Lao Huo Tang reserves the right to decline the use of Membership privileges at its sole discretion.

7) Members must ensure that all information provided during the application is true and accurate.

8) Membership is strictly non-transferable.

9) Lao Huo Tang shall not be liable for any unauthorized use of the Membership.

10) Lao Huo Tang reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or terminate any Membership benefits or privileges at any time, without prior notice. All decisions made by Lao Huo Tang regarding the Membership are final.

11) By enrolling in the Membership, Members consent to the collection and use of their personal data by Lao Huo Tang for the purposes of administration and marketing, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Lao Huo Tang Top Up Credit Terms & Conditions

1) Packages and services are valid for fully registered members only.

2) Packages and services are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. Strictly no extensions will be granted for expired packages.

3) A registered mobile number and PIN are required for redemption of services.

4) Store credit can only be purchased using cash or credit card. Purchases using ShopBack Pay, Fave Pay, mall vouchers, or cash vouchers are not accepted.

5) Services cannot be redeemed or used in conjunction with other packages, promotions, or vouchers.

6) Services are valid for redemption only at Lao Huo Tang outlets.

7) Services are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be substituted for other packages or services.

8) Services cannot be applied nor redeemable to past bills.

9) Lao Huo Tang reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions and any promotions without prior notice.

10) All decisions made by Lao Huo Tang management regarding these Terms & Conditions shall be final and binding.

Lao Huo Tang Cashback T&Cs

1) Members will earn cashback based on their most recent top-up amount with Lao Huo Tang, as follows:

•⁠  ⁠Last top-up of $150 → 3% cashback on bill spending

•⁠  ⁠Last top-up of $300 → 5% cashback on bill spending

•⁠  ⁠Last top-up of $500 → 7% cashback on bill spending

•⁠  ⁠Last top-up of $1,000 → 10% cashback on bill spending

2) Cashback is calculated based on the bill total, excluding GST and service charge.

3) Cashback will expire when the e-wallet has no balance or when the top-up validity period has expired.

4) Cashback is not applicable on top-up transactions.

5) Lao Huo Tang reserves the right to amend the cashback scheme or Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

6) All decisions made by Lao Huo Tang management regarding cashback shall be final and binding.

Lao Huo Tang Birthday Voucher T&Cs

1) The Birthday Voucher is valid for fully registered members with credit value only.

2) The Birthday Voucher is valid for 31 days from the date of issuance. Strictly no extensions will be granted once expired.

3) Each member is entitled to one (1) Birthday Voucher per year.

4) A registered mobile number and PIN are required for voucher redemption.

5) The Birthday Voucher is valid with no minimum spending requirement.

6) The Birthday Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, loyalty points, discounts, vouchers, or privileges.

7) The Birthday Voucher is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be substituted for other rewards.

8) The Birthday Voucher will be applied at its full value. Any unused balance is non-refundable.

9) The Birthday Voucher cannot be applied to past bills.

10) Lao Huo Tang reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions and any promotions without prior notice.

11) All decisions made by Lao Huo Tang management regarding the Birthday Voucher shall be final and binding.

Free Item Voucher

1) Voucher is valid for fully registered members only. 
2)⁠ ⁠Voucher is valid for 60 days from issuance date. Strictly no further extension will be given to expired voucher. 
3) ⁠Mobile number and PIN is required for redemption of Voucher. 
4)⁠ ⁠Voucher is valid with no minimum spending. 
5) ⁠Voucher cannot be redeemed or used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, vouchers and privileges. 
6.) Voucher is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash nor substituted for other rewards. 
7) ⁠Voucher will be used based on its full value. Any residual value of the voucher is non-refundable. 
8)⁠Voucher is non-redeemable on past bill. 
9) ⁠Only 1 welcome voucher is usable per visit.
10)⁠ ⁠Lao Huo Tang Management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions and any promotions without prior notice. 
11) The management's decision on the terms and conditions shall be final
